Your journey with GrandyGo, step by step
From the moment we meet you at the airport to the day we wave you home, every step is planned around you — the welcome, the care, and the daily, monthly and six-month programme that makes life here so good.
From the airport to feeling at home
A clear, unhurried path — you are never left wondering what happens next.
A warm welcome at the airport
We meet you at Antalya International Airport and take care of your luggage. A private, comfortable transfer brings you the half-hour along the coast to Kemer — no queues, no stress, a friendly face from the very first moment.
Home to the community
We settle you into your own private, en-suite apartment, show you around, and sit down together over tea. There is no rush — the first hours are simply about arriving, resting and feeling at home.
Check-in with your nurse & community manager
Your named nurse and the community manager complete your check-in with you, together. They are the two people who will know you best, and they are there to answer every question and make sure you feel safe and looked after.
Your wellbeing assessment
Over an unhurried conversation we build a full picture of you: any health conditions, your medicines and allergies, your dietary needs and the food you love, your mobility and any risk of falls, your eyesight and hearing, how you are feeling, your life and preferences, and your emergency contacts. Everything is recorded with your consent — person-centred care, in the spirit of CQC and NICE best practice.
Your three personal plans
From that conversation we create three plans that are entirely yours — a health & wellbeing plan, a diet plan and a daily activity plan — each shaped around what you need and what you enjoy. You and, if you wish, your family help write them.
Your programme begins
The next morning, your personal programme starts: gentle movement, a long shared breakfast, an activity of your choosing, and a full, sociable day by the Mediterranean. From here, no two days are quite the same.
Your first review
We sit down with you to review how things are going and fine-tune your plans — following the UK best-practice rhythm of an early review at about six weeks, then regular reviews, and sooner if anything changes.
Living well, season by season
Across your stay the seasons turn — the garden in spring, the sea in summer, the harvest in autumn — friendships deepen, and your plans grow with you, with monthly check-ins along the way.
Going home
At the end of your stay we plan your journey home together — a private transfer back to Antalya airport and a fond farewell — and we help you stay in touch with the friends you have made here.

A day at GrandyGo
A gentle rhythm from dawn to dusk — movement, shared meals, meaningful activity and rest.
A gentle Mediterranean breakfast on the terrace — and the first of the day's hydration.
Chair yoga, tai chi or an easy seaside walk — light activity daily, strength & balance twice a week.
A ceramics or çini workshop, a music session, a memory game, or the garden.
A dietitian-planned Mediterranean meal, shared — unhurried, sociable, five-a-day.
A quiet garden hour, reading, a siesta or a video call home.
A Blue Voyage boat trip, a bazaar or museum visit, gardening, or art & coffee.
Coffee and conversation, a call to family, or a new friend over backgammon.
Another shared meal, often themed around a country or a family recipe.
Live music, an open-air film, a night of old records and stories, or quiet mindfulness.
Every activity is drawn from our library of 500+ activities and our year-round programme.
